Sample Database This database uses a Microsoft Access 97 database file and Active Server
Pages to present the data online. The idea behind this is to, in a very
simple way, emulate the file listing and searching methods used by Napster.
Anyone can create a user, and then create files under that user, which
can be searched. To add a user, simply click "Add User" from the top of
the page, and then enter a user name and an e-mail address. Once that
is done, click "Add File" and enter the name of the file, select the extension,
and finally choose from the pulldown menu the user to whom the file belong
to. The primary search field for finding files is the file name itself.
Click to enter the database! (Note: The above link may no longer be active.)
