When Choosing A Furniture Company:
- Ask about delivery.
Most furniture stores offer delivery service. Often delivery
will be free winthin a limited travel range, but it is not always
that way. Try to buy furniture from the branch store that is located
nearest to your house. Express delivery is available at most
furniture stores, as well as installation. Remember: Book shelves
may need to be built at the final destination!
- Ask about service.
Many furniture stores will provide maintance on their products,
as long as they are still in the possession of the original owner.
Inquire what the policy of the specific store may be.
- Ask about a return policy.
If you don't like the way the furniture likes in your home, you
will probably want to take it back. Make sure you have at least
a week to send in back, but look for as long a policy as possible.
